Description: The fundamental differences between people is what makes life interesting, but it can also make communication a challenge. One local university is helping to unravel the differences of personality in order to help families, colleagues, friends and neighbors improve their communications. On Saturday, Dec. 8, Shorter University Professor E.J. Bondoc will present a free seminar using the Myers Briggs Type Indicator to help participants unravel the secrets of their own personalities and better understand those around them. “Participants will become more aware of their natural strengths,” said Bondoc. “In addition, they will be able to understand why they don’t always see eye-to-eye with others on certain matters.” Bondoc believes participants will leave the three-hour interactive workshop better equipped for interpersonal dynamics. “Diverse thinking can create great products, presentations, and services,” said Bondoc. “But that only happens when groups of individuals learn how to communicate effectively.”
