I can't wait for the fall. I'll be glad to wave good bye to running in the 90 degree heat early every afternoon. It will be a relief to not have to carry a massive container of Gatorade to my running spot, just trying to keep from passing out after a 45-minute run. Unfortunately, fall is still a long, long way off. But I'll keep doing my best to beat the heat. Anyone got any good tips for staying properly hydrated during a day's run?
