The first Blue Ridge Trout Fest & Outdoor Adventures events, April 29-30, 2016, in Blue Ridge, GA. Presented by the Fannin County Chamber of Commerce and Blue Ridge Mountain Trout Unlimited (chapter 696), this multi-faceted event brings together trout anglers and outdoor enthusiasts of all kinds for two primary events in the official "Trout Capital of Geogia."

On April 29, the Trout Train rides the rails along the Toccoa River while passengers enjoy entertainment, finger foods and beverages before departing the train in Blue Ridge for a trackside fundraising auction that benefits Blue Ridge Mountain Trout Unlimited (chapter 696) and its education and conservation projects planned for 2016.

On April 30, downtown city park in Blue Ridge is transformed into a Breakout Marketplace of trout fishing gear and services, as well as vendors of other outdoor recreation/services/gear associated with the recreation resources found in Fannin County. Food trucks and live music will join up to 100 vendors.

More information is available on our website at BlueRidgeTroutFest.com. And don't hesitate to contact me for any other way I can help you get the word out.

Thanks for your attention and considerations.
