North Hall player commits

North Hall tight end/defensive end D.J. Miolen made a verbal commitment Monday to the Air Force Academy, according to Trojans coach Bob Christmas. Miolen made the trip to the Air Force campus last weekend and was ready to commit to the Falcons at the end of his weekend trip.

Miolen also held offers from Southern Illinois, Liberty, The Citadel and Western Carolina. North Hall plays host to Jefferson in its season opener at 7:30 p.m. Friday at The Brickyard.
